Coordinated Entry

As a housing provider, HHCK participates in the statewide/regional Coordinated Entry system. People currently on the streets or in emergency shelter are referred to permanent supportive housing programs based on length of time homeless and service needs.

HHCK provides housing navigation services to the Bluegrass Local Prioritization Community as well as a common assessment intake for people experiencing homelessness in Central Kentucky. However, if you are in Lexington, please contact your closest homeless shelter; if you are in Louisville, please reserve a bed through the Bed One Stop at 502-637-2337.

Questions? Contact Kelly Asher at 502-226-0892.

Funding for this program is partly provided by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and Kentucky Housing Corporation.
