Coordinated Entry

As a housing provider, HHCK participates in the statewide/regional Coordinated Entry system, Any Door Kentucky. People currently on the streets or in emergency shelter are referred to permanent supportive housing programs based a brief assessment, length of time homeless, and service needs.

HHCK can do common assessment intakes for people experiencing homelessness in Central Kentucky, minus Fayette County. If you are in Lexington, please call the Lexington Office of Homelessness Prevention and Intervention at 859-280-8276. You can also call 211 or contact your closest homeless shelter; if you are in Louisville, please reserve a bed through the Bed One Stop at 502-637-2337.

HHCK’s Housing Support Initiative is supported by the First Financial Foundation.

In Central Kentucky and have questions? We are open for walk-ins from Tuesday-Thursday 9-4:30.
In other areas of the state (minus Louisville and Lexington), click here to find the regional Coordinated Entry contact.

Funding is partly provided by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
